a story's beginning

shadow waited for war in his sitting room staring out the window
he sighed and turned away leaning his back to the cool stone wall

War came in the sitting room and looked at him You ok Shadow? she asked.

Egypt walked in and shook her pelt.

he pointed out the window down at the courtyard
more tantalanian prisoners and they think they're here for peace treaties but they'll be killed soon and they know it we know it and the queen knows it yet they don't care.
he looked at her we've worked together for years right you know what i mean when we have to go into villages and kill those in it . i'm sick and tired of this war, war.

War nodded I have learned we have to go to the source of the war, to stop it. In truth, i don't think two people are going to make a difference in this war. We have practically no power over the war. she said, her hair covering one of her eyes.
Egypt nodded.

War sighed I am also sick, and tired of this war, but what can we do? I don't think we could do anything even if we even tried, Shadow. War said.

Egypt bit War a little bit.

War slowly growled but she sighed But we got to try, your guess is as good as mine as to what we can actually do. she said

we could go over to the enemy i'm sure some of them feel like we do if we can sway the we can sway our side and without me the queen doesn't have a main killer .

War sighed Yes, but, there is one problem....... how do we know if they feel like us, if we go and give our feeling about this war, then well, if that person is not on our side, we are doomed. The plan will get out, and we will be hunted down. she said

you know we can fend for ourselves but we would have to tread lightly
he sat for a moment
i know i can one of their agents and take you in like a prisoner and that is a way we can get to the queen of the tantalanians if she keeps sending us those people to try and make peace treaties we most likely can get her to support our cause

War crossed her arms That could work, i highly doubt it, but, nothing is impossible. so, ok lets try it she said

shadow's smile flashed where should we meet?

War thought for a moment hum, the river? she asked

shadow nodded yeah but make sure your not followed and you get food i'll get gear

War mumbled but nodded I will see you then she said and walked out, closing the door behind her and walked down the hall.
